This book provides the end-of-chapter problems’ solutions for each tutorial in “CMOS Integrated Circuit Simulation with LTspice” (2nd Edition, 2016). For every problem, the corresponding LTspice schematics are shown alongside simulation outputs, and guidance is given on how to interpret the results. The author emphasizes that there are multiple valid ways to solve each problem—so the solutions presented are examples of how the simulations can be performed in LTspice. Where applicable, additional figures referenced in the original problem statements are also included, and the simulations are based on LTspice version XVII (dated 10 October 2016). The book focuses on practical circuit analysis and verification through hands-on simulation, from resistive circuits and reactive networks to MOS transistor behavior and hierarchical design.

to the problems. For each of the problems, corresponding LTspice schematics are shown together with the
simulation outputs resulting from running the simulations specified in the schematic. Also, the required
interpretation of the simulation results is given.
Often, there is not just one possible way of solving the problems. Several options exist when drawing a
schematic in LTspice and several different simulations may be specified in order to arrive at a solution,
so the solutions given here should just be taken as examples of how the simulations may be performed.
