It explains what recipients are allowed to do, such as editing the materials, selling the reports on their own websites, blogs, newsletters, and other sites they control, and licensing resale and master resale rights to others. It also lists key restrictions, including that recipients may not sell or give away the Private Label Rights themselves, may not add the materials to membership sites, may not offer them through auction sites, and must keep the reports, sales page(s), and graphics together.
